Meeting Rooms

We are pleased to offer well-equipped public meeting rooms for cultural activities and nonprofit meetings. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and can be reserved no more than two months before meeting date. All meetings must be free of charge and open to the public. To book a room at any of our locations, contact the appropriate library no more than two months before your meeting date. Once you have reserved your meeting room, please complete the Organization Profile Form available through the link below and return it to the Circulation Desk before your meeting. When you arrive at the library for your meeting, the Circulation Desk will have a sign-in sheet with your organization's name on it waiting for your signature.

Seats 100 theater style, no tables, stage in front.

Seats 8-10 around a modular table, plus extra chairs around perimeter.
Maximum per fire code is 14 occupants.

Seats 16 at 8 2'x5' tables, plus extra chairs around perimeter.
Maximum per fire code is 40 occupants.

Maximum per fire code is 65 occupants.
